General-purpose Heavy-duty VFD, standard with RS485 communication, dual-channel relay (optional). Models 0.75-22kW adopt built-in braking unit, supporting vector control, 16-step speed, simple PLC and constant-pressure water supply PID function. 4G communication (optional).

Overview

The LNC860E Series VFD is a general-purpose high-performance vector inverter, mainly used to control and adjust the speed and torque of three-phase AC synchronous motors.It adopts a 32-bit DSP chip and integrates core control algorithms such as closedloop vector control, open-loop vector control and torque control, enabling high-performance and high-precision drive control of permanent magnet synchronous motors.It delivers high torque output at low speed, with excellent dynamic performance and strong overload capacity, and supports a variety of PG cards.While improving product reliability and environmental adaptability, it also enhances user-friendliness and industry-specific design, resulting in optimized functions, more flexible applications and more stable performance.It is widely applicable to medium-to-high-end applications such as injection molding machines, air compressors, medium and high-power servo systems, CNC machining centers, hoisting equipment and textile machinery.
