The company has 36 employees, including five R&D engineers, four application and customer service engineers, and three quality control personnel, accounting for 33% of the total workforce. Twenty employees have a college education or above, representing 55.5% of the workforce, while 31 employees are aged 40 or below, accounting for 86% of the total.
